Max & Emily’s is excited to bring a special winter concert to Mt. Pleasant with An Evening with Jeff Daniels on Thursday, December 10, at 7:00 PM. This time, we’re trading our outdoor summer concert setting for an evening indoors at Plachta Auditorium on the campus of Central Michigan University.

Best known for his acclaimed work in film, television, and theater, Jeff Daniels is also an accomplished singer-songwriter who has spent more than two decades sharing his original music with audiences across the country. His solo acoustic performance blends heartfelt songwriting, masterful guitar playing, sharp humor, and the kind of personal stories that only Jeff can tell.

Inspired by folk artists including Arlo Guthrie, John Prine, and Utah Phillips, Daniels has developed a distinctive musical style that reflects his life, experiences, and creative journey. From thoughtful songs about life and family to entertaining stories drawn from his career on stage and screen, his performance offers an intimate, engaging evening that brings audiences closer to the artist behind the familiar roles.

Join us for this special opportunity to experience another side of one of Michigan’s most celebrated performers!

The concert is FREE, but tickets are required and limited. Tickets are available for pickup after Monday, November 2nd at Max & Emily’s during regular business hours. Stop by early to secure your spot!
